![]() someone running the exact same build that you are might be able to do 300/500 but you might only be able to pull 100/200. On a side note, you may not receive the same results as other people. Also, look up the Max operating temp for your GPU and make sure it stays a few degrees lower than that. If you blue screen or it gets to hot, turn it down. Personally, I would start at half that and do 45 min, then add more in 50 increments. If you can keep the temp in a good place 300/500 might be ok. Generally you can push the RAM much farther than the core. It is very important to do small jumps, watch the temperature difference from heavy gameplay of at least 45 min, and to watch of for blue screens. I have not had a chance to overclock a laptop before but have done my share on my desktop rig (2x 780ti SLI).
